In the impact crushing process,useful minerals and gangue are firstly crushed along the joint interface in order to facilitate the separation of useful minerals,especially for coarse crushing of useful minerals, which is more remarkable.

When the materials enter the crusher , it is mainly received the force of the impact plates that in high speed .The stone choose to be crushed according to bedding plane.The impacted stone which got big power begin the primary crush with high speed along the tangential direction of the crack down on board, because of the inpact of the impact plane , stone is crushed again .The material which is left by the primary crush is impact again ,and then cause the stone was crush again and again in the imact crusher.The material after recurisiveness process, when its finess is small than the gap of the board and the back plate, the finess will discharge from the lower part of the impact crusher.
