Vertical shaft impact crusher,VSI series sand making machine is the first crusher designed by our company which crush between materials and crush between materials and liners. It has two kinds of crushing chamber, “rock-on-rock” and “rock-on-anvil”. “rock-on-rock” is suitable for hard materials. The sand making ratio is above 40%. “rock-on-anvil” is suitable for medium-hard materials. The sand making ratio is above 50%. These two kinds of crushing methods can transform to each other so as to suit different materials. It is widely used for metal and non-metal ores, highways, Water conservation and hydropower, refractory material, abrasive material, ceramic and glass material, aggregate for building, sintered bauxite, magnesite. It has many advantages than other kinds of crushers.

1. Advanced double-pump oil lubrication system guarantee shaft bearing lower temperature increase, longer life time, more reliable operation.
2. Main shaft is equipped with imported precision rolling bearing. It makes main shaft work stable, lengthen maintenance cycle, increase productivity.
3. Hydraulic lifting mechanism of upper cover can move away the cover easily, which saves man power during maintenance.
4. Over-vibration device is equipped. There will be alarm when vibration surpasses a stipulated figure. It will stop the machine, in order to protect it.
5. Special dust-proof design for main shaft bearing fully avoid dust entering bearing lubrication part, which make sure the machine work normally.
6. Special feed opening structure make it possible that center feeding and ring feeding comes together, in order to meet requirement of different stones. In addition, this equipment can not only crush stone, but also iron.
7. Shape of material-through device is better designed, which improve the utilization ratio.

Rock-on-rock: material fall down from the top equably. Some enter into the high-speed impeller through distributor and pipes, and then are thrown out from the outlet of the impeller by the high-speed centrifugal force. Material which are thown down by impellor hit the material around impeller which are parted like an umbrella by distributor. And then, the material formed vortex in the impellor and vortex chamber and are crushed after hit and frication for many times.

Rock-on-anvil: material fall down from the top equably, enter into the high-speed impeller through pipes and are thrown out from the outlet of the impeller. At last the material are crushed by hitting the adjustable impact plate or impact bar opposite impeller in the vortex chamber.
